Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service
We offer professional pet waste removal services to ensure clean, safe, and enjoyable outdoor spaces. Our services include:
- Regularly Scheduled Cleanups: Available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
- One-Time Cleanups: Perfect for special occasions or catch-up cleanups.
- Deodorizing Treatments: To eliminate lingering odors and freshen up your yard.
- Disposal of Collected Waste: Waste is double-bagged and placed in your designated trash receptacle or another specified location.
- Initial Cleanups: For yards that have not been maintained for an extended period.
Yard Size Pricing (Based on County Parcel Information):
- Small Yard (0.12 acres or less): $3.99/month
- Medium Yard (0.13 – 0.24 acres): $6.99/month
- Large Yard (0.25 – 0.32 acres): $9.99/month
- Extra-Large Yard (0.33 – 0.5 acres): $12.99/month
- Oversized Yards (0.51 acres or more): Pricing will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
The yard size will be verified using County Parcel Information to ensure accurate pricing.
2. Scheduling and Access
- Clients must provide access to the yard on the scheduled service day.
- Gates must be unlocked, and any obstacles (excluding snow) removed to ensure safe and efficient service.
- In cases of snow, we will do our best to locate and remove all visible waste. Waste hidden under heavy snow may not be retrievable until conditions improve.
- A $15 travel fee applies if we are unable to access the yard due to locked gates or aggressive dogs.
3. Policy on Dogs in the Yard
We will service yards with dogs present unless the dog exhibits aggressive behavior.
Client Responsibility:
- Dogs may remain outside during our visit, but it is the client’s responsibility to ensure their pet does not pose a safety threat.
- If a dog shows signs of aggression (e.g., growling, snarling, lunging, barking in a threatening manner, or raised hackles), we will not service the yard, and a $15 travel fee will be charged.
If the dog calms down or is safely restrained, service may resume at the discretion of our staff.
4. Initial Cleanup and Heavy Waste Accumulation
Initial cleanups are estimated based on the number of dogs and the last time the yard was cleaned. An exact quote will be provided after a field technician evaluates the yard.

5. Waste Disposal
We double-bag all collected pet waste for proper disposal. Clients are required to inform us of the preferred disposal location, such as a designated trash bin or another agreed-upon area. If no location is specified, we will place the waste in the most appropriate visible location. Proper disposal is essential for environmental safety, as dog waste is considered hazardous material.
6. Billing and Payments
Payment Schedule: Payments are pre-charged on the 1st of each month. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain an up-to-date credit or debit card on file.
Failed Payments: If a payment does not go through and isn’t resolved before your service day, we may skip your service. A fee may apply if we must go outside of our route to service your yard on a different day.
7. Refunds
No refunds will be issued if payments are processed and you decide to discontinue service mid-month. We will continue to service your property until the paid month is complete unless you request otherwise.
8. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinklers, or other property caused by pet waste or pre-existing yard conditions. While we take care to close gates securely, we are not liable for pets escaping due to faulty latches or other pre-existing issues.
9. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unsafe or aggressive pets.
- Non-payment.
- Repeatedly unsafe or obstructed yard conditions.
10. Holiday Schedule
We do not provide services on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day: January 1
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Third Monday in January
- Washington’s Birthday: Third Monday in February
- Memorial Day: Last Monday in May
- Independence Day: July 4
- Labor Day: First Monday in September
- Columbus Day: Second Monday in October
- Veterans Day: November 11
- Thanksgiving Day: Fourth Thursday in November
- Christmas Day: December 25
If a service day falls on a holiday, clients will be notified, and service will be rescheduled.
11. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is for our use only. We will never sell your information or share it with third parties without your consent.
12. Revisions
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Clients are expected to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes, as they are binding.
