Welcome to Holy Crap Cleaners!
Thank you for choosing us for your pet waste removal needs. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Access and Gate Policy
- Clients are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the yard.
- Locked gates, blocked entry, or unsafe conditions will result in a $15 travel fee and rescheduling of the service.
- Repeated access issues may result in a suspension of service without refund for missed cleanups.
Tip: Ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days.
2. Payments and Billing
- First-month billing will be pro-rated based on your start date.
- Recurring payments will be automatically processed on the 1st of every month.
- Unpaid balances will result in an immediate pause of service until resolved.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards and automated payments via our portal.
3. Weather-Related Rescheduling
- Services will continue in light rain, snow, or mild weather conditions.
- Severe weather (e.g., lightning, heavy snow, hazardous conditions) may result in a rescheduled appointment.
- We will notify you promptly of any changes to your service schedule.
4. Yard Size and Service Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or scheduling under the following conditions:
- Yard size exceeds initial estimate during onboarding.
- Excessive waste accumulation requiring additional labor.
- Debris, obstacles, or hazardous conditions interfering with safe cleanup.
Clients will be informed of any necessary changes in advance.
5. Vacation or Temporary Holds
- Going on vacation? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance to pause your service.
- Service holds exceeding 30 days may require reactivation fees.
- Failure to notify us will result in normal billing for missed visits.
6. Aggressive Pet Policy
- We cannot service yards with aggressive dogs present.
- Aggressive behavior includes:Snarling, growling, or lunging.
- Excessive barking combined with threatening behavior.
- Attempted attacks.
- If aggression prevents service, a $15 travel fee will apply, and the visit will be rescheduled.
7. Equipment Sanitization
- All cleaning tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized after each yard visit.
- Our sanitation process ensures the health and safety of your pets.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate yard details (e.g., size, layout, obstacles).
- Notify us of any changes in the number of pets or yard conditions.
- Ensure all pets are secured during service visits.
- Maintain a reasonably clean and safe environment for our team.
9. Liability Waiver
- While we exercise utmost care, we cannot be held responsible for:Accidental yard damage (e.g., minor landscaping disturbances).
- Gate malfunctions (e.g., weak hinges).
- Injuries caused by unsupervised pets.
Clients agree to indemnify Holy Crap Cleaners against all claims arising from the provision of services.

- Services may be terminated by either party with written notice.
- Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
- Accounts with non-payment will be terminated after 30 days of delinquency.
12. Communication and Notifications
- By using our services, you consent to receive updates, appointment reminders, and promotional messages via SMS, email, or phone.
- Your data will be securely stored and never shared with third parties without consent.
13. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for valid complaints.
- Service dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
